This introduces a new effect type that allows for rainbow effects.
Takes a single channel of the gradation type and inputs that to the Hue part of an HSV to RGB conversion, creating a rainbow along the gradient.
This also adds Effects to the Shadow feature, I only implemented the rainbow effect in this pr.
