This repository is preliminary and contains all the processed data and results related to XClone project.
Different processed datasets have individual folders, e.g., BCH869_scRNA, TNBC1_scRNA, ATC2_scRNA, GBM_10XsnRNA, GX109-T1c_scRNA.
The repository also includes a folder demos which includes data used by the XClone demos.
