This PR helps new contributors to the project get pretty much acquainted with steps to begin contributing to React Proto using

  • A CODE OF CONDUCT to describe a recommended tone for communication
  • AN ISSUE TEMPLATE to structure out features/enhancements from bug reports
  • A CONTRIBUTING guide for new contributors

Refer to Issue #79

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • This change requires a documentation update
  • I have read the CONTRIBUTING document and have signed (or will sign) the CLA.
  • I have updated/added documentation affected by my changes.
  • I have added tests to cover my changes.
