This resolves #72.
For discussion:
I would like to just add a small section on what has been shown in the US today. In this lecture, we have shown that the post-pandemic recovery has been very special given the high inflation, low consumer confidence, and strong labour market. This is an unseen outlier in our 100 years of observations of the economy using data.
Should we add this small section briefly talking about why the contraction and expansion in the post-pandemic period are so special? I believe this will be a very interesting discussion, but we also need to take into account that this lecture is now 500 lines long with 12 figures.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
