Though OpenBLAS try to reduce the warnings: OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS#1358 and OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS#1359, fixing all the warnings is a long-time work.
Thus, we can compile OpenBLAS with
-Wno-unused-but-set-variable -Wno-unused-variabletemporary.
