test_CompareMKLDNNandCPU, move the test totest_MKLDNN.1. move the simple net to
test_MKLDNN2. remove the branches configs, and merge then in one file
mkldnn_branch_net.conf.3. change the net test iteration to 2, no need to test 3 times.
