If I click tag "Documentation" in http://paddlepaddle.org/, I am directed to the "How To" tab, instead of the "Get Started" tab.

In the "Get Started" tab, there are only two items:

1. "Install and Build", which should be moved into "How To" tab, and
2. "Deep Learning 101", which can be reached from the homepage directly.

It seems that we can merge "Get Started" into "How To".
