This does the following: - Sets the default state to hidden - Skips the Games folder when searching This does not: - Hide the dead menu entry. I do not currently know how to actively change the user preference setting to forcefully hide it.

All the work I did so far because git got confused with branches... Don't ask me why. I'd rather push this branch since I know it's merged correctly.
Includes work for #10, some cleaning and gitignore work, code fixes from static analyzer warnings and a few merge commits.
Fix #12 as well.
