Nomad support #299
Description
- create a vm setup which can run on ARM and x86amd64 (pending request on various media for recommendations)
- have a nomad definition to deploy together with https://learn.hashicorp.com/tutorials/nomad/vault-nomad-secrets
- run the app on the nomad agent
- older with https://www.cybersecurity-help.cz/vdb/SB2021112315 or just defaults with operator access to secrets
