fix(android): logging after app restart

What is the current behavior?

• ns run android
• Restart the app

There is no log output to the console after the app restarts because the regex passed to the monitoring stream is incorrect. ( and in any case doesn't match the tighter regex used later)

What is the new behavior?

Console output continues after the app restarts.
