I think you can also remove the PY_37 attribute from asyncpg/compat.py:

Support Python 3.11 and PostgreSQL 15. This release also drops support for Python 3.6. Python 3.6 reached end-of-life back in December. Since 0.26.0 was just released with support for 3.6, the next release should probably drop support for it.
