Add default-for-dynamic parameter used in "/ip neighbor discovery settings" for setting the default state of dynamic interfaces.

| @Brekkjern I'm sure you will find many of those: wiki which was parsed to get those lists initially wasn't (isn't?) up to date. Feel free to contribute the missing parts :) |
