Fix exception when removing an entry from the selected group

Follow-up to #11510.
Fix exception is thrown when removing an entry from the selected group with groups filter mode enabled.

[JavaFX Application Thread] org.jabref.gui.util.FilteredListProxy.refilterListReflection() WARN: Could not refilter list: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: javafx.collections.ObservableListBase.nextRemove(int,org.jabref.gui.maintable.BibEntryTableViewModel)
