I don't think it's possible to apply attributes at the assembly level in Python. You'll just need to add the attribute everywhere.

# AssemblyInfo.py from MyNamespace import MyAttribute PutThisAttributeEverywhere = clrtype.attribute(MyAttribute) 

Then in any other file:

The reason why you need to structure the .NET Attribute into an @CustomAttribute in Python is because of another issue, otherwise you could just use it directly.
