Remove Installing dependencies as there are no dependencies
You could migrate code to Typescript, and adding some functional code would be appriciated

@IntegerAlex Removed the dependency statement from README, thanks for pointing that out.

As for migrating to TypeScript and adding functional code, I'm not currently able to do that due to personal reasons, also I don't think that mixing up a README-based Pull Request with normal code would be a healthy way to do this. If any problems arise, I can close the Pull Request anytime.

It still contradicts the entire File try to change whole file or Do Some other Contribution I am open to any contribution
