Feature request: Add handler to know that user started a bug report #509
Description
We would like to know when user started the process of opening a bug report, to fetch additional data from connected hardware to attach it to the bug report.
Related to #480 - if not having an additional handler, would like to have a possibility to asynchronously fetch the data before sending the report.
