This changeset adds the 2018.2 EAP to the build matrix to gain confidence over new changes and existing functionality.
It also removes a faulty
untilconstraint which could have unintended consequences.It also updates the gradle plugin to 0.3.3, which is the current version.
Also fixes a misbehaviour since the yaml plugin now indicates formerly deprecated characters a errors.
