Hmmm, the bot should be creating a tag and release, but I'm not seeing it:

We may need to manually bump the latest tag when the next npm package is added. Example:

npm dist-tag add @google-cloud/functions-framework@1.9.0 latest --registry=https://wombat-dressing-room.appspot.com
