Why is this valuable (or not)?

This PR adds the French version of interactive tutorials. For now I only added the resources in the English catalog for which I could find a French translation and from letter A to K.

How do we know it's really free?

The resources were already present in the repo.

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.

Checklist:

• Search for duplicates.
• Include author(s) and platform where appropriate.
• Put lists in alphabetical order, correct spacing.
