• moving 'Python Programming in French' to courses/free-courses-fr.md with current yt name
• moving 'Introduction à la programmation' to courses/free-courses-fr.md with format, license (see footer) and authors
• add translators, formats, license and versions for "Apprendre à programmer avec Python"
