What does this PR do?

Upgrades dd-trace to v5.37.1. This drops support for Node 16.x.

Automated tests

Trace propagation tests passed with custom layers built from this branch: https://gitlab.ddbuild.io/DataDog/serverless-e2e-tests/-/pipelines/56782053
Note: compatibility tests are failing because the query @bucketname doesn't work with the Go agent for some reason? I verified that the span links are being created as expected, so the tests should pass. This is a separate issue with querying in the Go agent that should not block this release.
