Description

CodeEdit does not remember the last window size and position.

To Reproduce

1. Open CodeEdit
2. I had previously opened a folder, so it opens to that folder.
3. On my MacBook Pro the window is neither centered nor maximized.
4. Maximize it.
5. Quit CodeEdit and open it again.
6. Note that the window reverts back to what appears to be a hard-coded initial X, Y location and size.

Expected behavior

Remember the user's preferred window size and position.
