Groovy syntax highlighting support

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

Some of the SAP Cloud products are using groovy as their default code language, it would be great if bookstack could support it for documentation purpose.
I know this request was requested 3 years ago link but like to try again to have it added.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

partially, selecting java/javascript give you some highlighting but it is not ideal.
