There is so much information in this repo, but can be a nightmare for anyone to follow and make sense of the work that was done. I would like for us to do the following:

• On the README provide details on the repo organization
  - [ ] Which files do we have
  - [ ] Which files tel which story
  - [ ] Where is the data,

• Ensure there is only a single version of each document, and each notebook is clean and well documented

• Remove redundant notebooks and data in the repo

• Ensure there is a README in each repo that explains organization in the folder

• Update the analysis report with what we found and a link to figures generated from the study
