Updated packages to remove vulnerabilities

Purpose

• This P/R addresses the following issues:
  1-Updated packages to remove vulnerabilities and security issues in samples.
  2- Updated sample.json and Configure.ps1 files that had the wrong path with the correct file paths
  3- Updated README with valid commands to install and run projects
  4-Archived POP sample with a disclaimer not to use the sample
