… spelling (optimise/optimize etc.) in various places for consitency (including a filename change), and minor improvements to wording in new BLE topics.

update intro section to point to new BLE optimization section, make spelling of optimize/maximize etc. consistent, plus some other minor edits for grammar and consistency in recently added sections.
