The implementation certainly lacks validation on platforms I cannot simulate. For production, a more mature library like known-folders should be preferred. Though, if you still want to help out, send patches to ~cnx/misc@lists.sr.ht using git send-email, with the following configurations:

git config sendemail.to '~cnx/misc@lists.sr.ht' git config format.subjectPrefix 'PATCH zig-loca'
