plugin to generate shell scripts to run classes with main() methods. This required moving the source code directories around a little bit.

This required moving the source code directories around a little bit.
I did this rearrangement because I was asked to run the GetYAnswersPropertiesFromQid class, and this was the easiest way to get it all to build and run easily.
