Motivation

Add ES module build, based on #1180 1180

Solution

Used tsup to bundle. I know the Svix team uses Vite in other projects but Vite is designed for frontend projects and libraries:

Library mode includes a simple and opinionated configuration for browser-oriented and JS framework libraries. If you are building non-browser libraries, or require advanced build flows, you can use Rollup or esbuild directly.
