Cloudbynea is my technical leadership portfolio focused on AWS Security Operations, Incident Response, Quality Assurance, and Customer Enablement.

With 7+ years of experience in AWS technical support, account security (IAM, MFA), billing operations, and high-severity incident management, this portfolio showcases real-world simulations, operational runbooks, QA cases, and documentation frameworks designed to reflect how modern cloud support and operations teams work at scale.
