HOW To get result from delete a row then execute store proc

I would like to do the following
DECLARE @ItemId int
SET @ItemId = 100

DELETE FROM [Table] WHERE Id=1
IF DELETE Result is true or equal to 1
EXEC('mystoreProc ' +@ItemId)
