I run the following pipeline on my notebook which contains GTX1650 Max-Q

gst-launch-1.0 -e videotestsrc ! ‘video/x-raw,width=640,height=360,framerate=15/1’ ! nvvideoconvert ! ‘video/x-raw(memory:NVMM),format=I420’ ! nvv4l2h264enc ! perf ! fakesink

Pipeline is PREROLLING …

• TensorRT Version: no
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only): 440.100
