为支持跨境电商这一外贸新业态，浙江省今年相继推出"跨境电商高质量发展三年行动计划"和"支持跨境电商发展10项措施"等政策，帮助中小企业解决实际困难，对接产业链资源。

第四季度，浙江计划举办200多场跨境电商服务活动，内容涵盖入门培训、全球市场分析等，为企业提供全链条服务。同时，通过技术创新和知识产权保护专项行动，支持企业培育自主品牌。目前，全省已有1000多个品牌获评"浙江出口名牌"，其中民营企业占比超97%。
