How do you place an object in an image at the appropriate scale and proportion?

Hey all,

I am a complete noob, so I’m going to have alot of questions. I have signed up to use Nano Banana Pro over at DeeVid AI. I was using it through Google AI Studio and after a night of playing around and doing many image renderings, I ran out of uses, and it started asking me for a “key” of some sort. I had no idea what it was asking me, so I went looking for other websites that are setup with Nano Banana Pro. I stumbled onto DeeVid AI and signed up (paid)…and it didn’t ask me for any “keys”.

Using the Image Generator, it seems easy to set up a basic scene, but I am hitting some stumbling blocks. In Nano Banana Pro, I cannot figure out how to bring an object into a scene at the correct scale and proportion. What do I mean? I have an image of an old man and I have another image of a long, thin cigar. I have the old man setup in the scene, but when I write the prompt to bring the cigar image into the scene, and place it in the old man’s mouth, it compresses and distorts the cigar…and it’s always different.

Basically, I don’t know how to write the prompt so that when the cigar imports into the image (scene) it keeps its proper scale and proportion to the man. Can someone help me?
