Haven’t changed location (US), am 59 yrs old, using my Google account… What else would cause me to be kicked to the documentation for “available regions”?

Got an email today from Google, saying they couldn’t verify my age. Once I did so, I was able to get in. Probably the search help worked. Thanks!
