I am creating this topic to seek help regarding an incorrect termination on my account, MixJuancho. I was terminated for a UGC asset(Light Blue | Roblox Item - Rolimon’s) that I had already proactively requested for deletion, and I have the support ticket to prove the timeline.
This appears to be a case where the automated moderation system acted faster than the support system could process my compliance request.
Detailed Timeline of Events
Here is a clear timeline of what occurred:
- On June 22nd, at approximately 20:28, I sent an email to
copyright_agent@roblox.comrequesting the permanent removal of the UGC asset that has got my account terminated.
- This request was officially logged by Roblox Support and became Support Ticket #125101664. I was taking this action to ensure my account remained fully compliant with Roblox’s TOS.
- Today, on July 18th, my account was terminated.
- The reason provided for the termination was for the exact same asset that I was already waiting for support to delete.
The termination I received was a direct result of the support system’s delay in processing my removal request. I did the right thing by asking for my own content to be removed, but I was punished for it because of an internal processing delay. This is a clear moderation error.
Therefore, I am asking for two specific actions to resolve this fully;
- The immediate reinstatement of my account, MixJuancho.
- The fulfillment of my original request in Tickets #125101664, #125102350, #125103652, #125852191 #126184852 #126346668 to have the specified UGC assets permanently deleted. This is critical to ensure this ban loop does not happen again after my account is restored.
