Is this allowed?

So, I can barely model, and I want to make characters within my game, but don’t want to make the models myself. is it ok to use avatar marketplace items?

note:
CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN:
each character will have a “design credits” in game (it will be hard to miss and will be on the characters page) crediting each creator and with a button to prompt purchase.

other games have done this, technically, all avatar shop games do the same.

this will most likely be temporary, I hope to have models made in the future, but currently I do not have the budget for this, and this is purely an idea concept.

example of what I am doing:

yeah its fine nobody gaf what you do with stuff on the marketplace

What if i made a community resource developers can implement that allows anyone to make any avatar for free and have that save between every game that uses it

(Developers would be able to force people to buy specific accessories to buy them to be used in their own game cuz money)

Oh and yeah just use whatever on the marketplace

Refer to this announcement:

From what I am reading, I am in the green?

yea its fine. I do it all the time

It says directly above that I just have to offer a way to purchase the item.

That policy was paused indefinitely before enforcement. Still, directly using third party UGC in a game is more of a licensing gray area compared to the obvious violation of reuploading assets to marketplace.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand.

From what I see I am alright.

Thanks to everyone who helped.
