在国内购物时，我们通常会询问产品价格、是否包邮、能否送货上门以及运输破损如何处理等问题。同样的问题也存在于国际贸易中。由于国际贸易交易周期长、涉及部门复杂，因此需要明确的格式让买卖双方快速理解彼此意图，于是贸易术语应运而生。
When shopping domestically, we usually ask about product prices, whether shipping is included, if door-to-door delivery is available, and how damage during transportation will be handled. These same questions exist in international trade. Due to the long transaction cycles and complex departments involved in international trade, clear formats are needed to help buyers and sellers quickly understand each other's intentions, hence trade terms were born.

贸易术语又称价格术语，通过它买卖双方能够快速了解：产品价格构成、运输方式、风险和责任划分等。国际贸易术语共有13种，下面介绍最常用的几种：
Trade terms, also called price terms, allow buyers and sellers to quickly understand: product price composition, shipping methods, risk and responsibility allocation, etc. There are 13 international trade terms, below we introduce the most commonly used ones:
常用贸易术语解析 | Analysis of Common Trade Terms
- FOB: 国内费用由发货人支付，海运费由收货人支付，发货人只负责到国内装船
- FOB: Domestic costs paid by shipper, ocean freight paid by receiver, shipper only responsible for domestic loading
- CFR(CNF): 国内费用+海运费由发货人支付，即船上交货再付运费
- CFR(CNF): Domestic costs + ocean freight paid by shipper, meaning delivery on board plus freight
- CIF: 国内运费+海运费+保险费都由发货人支付，等于CFR再加保险
- CIF: Domestic freight + ocean freight + insurance all paid by shipper, equivalent to CFR plus insurance
- EXW: 工厂交货，发货人无需支付任何费用，只需等车来拉货
- EXW: Ex-works, shipper pays nothing, just waits for goods to be picked up
- DDU: 从国内到国外送货上门，除国外税金外其他费用由发货人支付
- DDU: Door-to-door delivery from domestic to foreign, all costs except foreign taxes paid by shipper
- DDP: 运输全程所有费用都由发货人支付
- DDP: All transportation costs paid by shipper from start to finish
注：国内费用包括运输费、报关费、订舱费及港口杂费等人民币费用。
Note: Domestic costs include transportation fees, customs clearance fees, booking fees and port miscellaneous fees in RMB.
