In the second paragraph of the problem statement, the constraints of d and k seem to be wrong (d should be 0~D-1 and k should be 0~N-1).

The correct sentence is "the k=0,1,⋯,N-1-th reservation on day d=0,1,⋯,D-1". The problem statement has been corrected. 英語の問題文にて記号のミスがあったため修正を行いました。
