Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am experiencing an SSL certificate problem with my custom domain. Here are the details:
- Netlify site name:
ubiquitous-lily-e381d2.netlify.app - Custom domains registered:
www.rubyentertainment.co.kr(Primary domain)rubyentertainment.co.kr(Redirects to primary domain)
- DNS settings on my DNS provider (Gabia) are correctly configured:
- A records for
rubyentertainment.co.krpoint to Netlify IPs (75.2.60.5 and 99.83.190.102) - CNAME for
www.rubyentertainment.co.krpoints toubiquitous-lily-e381d2.netlify.app
- A records for
However, the root domain rubyentertainment.co.kr is stuck in the “Domain preparing” state on Netlify and does not complete. Because of this, SSL certificate for the root domain does not get issued properly, causing browsers (especially mobile) to show the error:
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
I have tried renewing the SSL certificate multiple times, and DNS propagation appears correct globally, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me resolve this and get the root domain fully active with a valid SSL certificate?
Thank you for your assistance.
