Form submissions are coming through on deploy previews but not on production

Hello, I’ve run into a peculiar problem, where I can submit a form on my deploy preview and it works fine, yet when i submit on production with the exact same code and content: the submissions do not come through.

To fix the issue, i tried deleting a _redirects file (which was the last change i made before i noticed the form submissions stopped working), yet the issue still persists.

I just tested on the-edge-bali.netlify.app and it worked, but on theedgebali.com it still does not work. Perhaps it is a dns issue?

Resolved, our testing emails are just coming through as spam, also found that some genuine inquiries are coming through as spam if they are in a language other than English.
