Follow-up from tidalcycles/tidal-doc#127, which updated the tidal-vis instructions in the docs.
I've copied over the changes from that PR and left the additional step present in this version ("5. Profit.") intact. 💰
(Alternatively, we could link to the relevant tidal docs instead of repeating the instructions here, but maybe it's good to have them here in the tidal-vis repo itself.)
