…sh) Updated the supported Python versions in _index.yaml from 3.8–3.11 to 3.9–3.12 to reflect the latest TensorFlow support. This change addresses part of issue #88226 regarding outdated installation documentation on tensorflow.org.

This PR updates the supported Python versions listed on the
/installlanding page to reflect the current TensorFlow compatibility (3.9–3.12). The previous versions (3.8–3.11) were outdated, which was raised in issue tensorflow/tensorflow#88226.Fixes
