Describe the changes you've made

I have created a simple GUI application where I can edit and save my to do list

By running the python code i have verified my changes

Mam without readme file can i create pull request and you can merge without it

Create separate PR's for each issue. You added 2 projects in 1 PR. It shows conflict in "To Do List' in README.md file. First you create a PR for "Marksheet - GUI". Since that doesn't have any conflicts. Once that's merged, next you can add "To Do List". For this project, you add files without README.md. After it's merged, you can create separate PR for README files.
