Is there any way to build GLI specs?

| i sort of did already - at least guarantee that it parses, because we kept making mistakes that prevented GLI from parsing the files correctly. but it's not at all exhaustive. |

flags are optional by default and are required by
required: true, not:optional. my bad.(the way it was before, it just allowed
--optionalto mean the same as--tag)
