Added so files in cogs that start with "-" dont get lodded for easier developing (line 109 at the time) Made it look more "smooth" (line 108 at the time)

| Hello, Thanks for that pull request, however I don't think this will be of any need. It provides more confusion than anything, in addition to that starting a file name with Thanks though |
