This PR introduces the input-sync command as discussed in #79.
To support this, the download functions have been refactored with the addition of a
DownloadModeenum. This allows passing arguments like--input-onlyor--puzzle-onlytoaoc-cli. The changes also enable downloading puzzles exclusively, paving the way for potential future commands.Feedback on the implementation and approach would be greatly appreciated!
