Requiring to import from sub dir was a bad idea.
That was originally introduced with #1 .
To solve it, I made it so that useAxios requires axios instance in the first argument.
I think it's somewhat acceptable because I saw several examples like that.
(If it doesn't really work, we should create a separate npm package.)
