PR Summary

• Updated GitHub Actions Workflow
  The procedure we use to automatically build our eBooks when changes are made, previously known as "Ibis eBook Generation", is now called "Build eBooks". It has been given additional permissions, upgraded with better tools, and modified to allow for more versatility such as specifying the version of PHP we'll use and the output formats.

• Removed Redundant Procedures
  The old workflow for creating eBooks using Pandoc and another separate file for crafting EPUB metadata have been removed. We're consolidating our processes to make them more efficient.

• New Styling for eBooks
  Two new CSS files have been added for better control over our eBooks' appearance. highlight.codeblock.min.css defines how the programming code within the eBooks will look while style.css customizes the entire layout, including headers, paragraphs, and tables.
