Tag new docker image

Note, that in barseghyanartur/ubuntu-xenial-torch-lua-opencv-pyqt5:7 - 7 stands for tag name/version.

Push new docker image

docker push barseghyanartur/ubuntu-xenial-torch-lua-opencv-pyqt5
